The ADSL connection is strong enough to reach Mbps in every corner of the house.

There’s also a center living room-dining area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and staff for cooking your specialties to your flat mates, a laundry-storage room with washing machine and iron, a spacious bathroom and WC.

The building is located in Kypseli, a vivid neighborhood with shops, restaurants and 24h places to eat, bars and theaters/ cinemas. Enjoy the flea market every Thursday like local people do! Only in 5′ minutes walking distance you can find stop for public transport (including the only line that works 24 hours, the trolley N.11) and the famous Fokionos Negri street. Perfect for students of Athens university of economy and business AUEB and national technical university of Athens NTUA (both 10min walk) but also suitable for other universities that are a few more stops away.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
