It is exclusively for one person who wants his/her privacy but can communicate any time with the rest of the tenants living in the residence. Next to Areos Park area, 8-10 minutes walking distance from Athens University of Economics and Business.

One Bedroom with his own kitchen, bathroom and small living room. This lovely studio is renovated (December 2013) and furnished following the “american attic” style…cosy and warm, a real home for everyone wants to enjoy his Erasmus experience in Athens and feeling like he is on his own home. Really close to AUEB, NTUA and the famous Exarcheia area where all the cafeterias, bars and restaurants are. A great option for anyone who wants to be surrounded by other erasmus people but at the same time enjoy his silence. The mattress is king size and can easily facilitate couples coming together for their Erasmus (on that case the price is slightly higher).

Notes: Parties are not allowed in any of our apartments!

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
