This room is part of a sunny, fully renovated 5^th floor cozy apartment for four persons situated in the centre of Athens, just opposite the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and three-minute walk from Victoria metro station (green line).

Located in a very lively neighbourhood of central Athens, full of cafeterias, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, hair salons, shops and supermarkets (some of which run on a 24 hours basis), it is also an ideal choice for students of other Athens Universities (e.g. National Technical Univ. -NTUA, Kapodistrian Univ. -KAPA, Agricultural Univ. -AUA).

The apartment is on the fifth floor of the building and has an open view to the city, being located in an old street with a line of trees running along each side. It consists of four spacious sunny bedrooms (all with A/C). Three rooms have access to balconies (two at the front, one at the back) and one room has a big window overlooking the city. The apartment has a fully equipped charming kitchen-sitting room and two fully renovated bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower).

Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning & ironing facilities, linen & towels, hairdryers and WiFi are available. The apartment is equipped with double glazed windows and central heating for the winter period.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
