10-15 minute walk to Exarcheia neighborhood,
25-minute walk (or two metro stops) to Monastiraki, Psyrri, and the historic center around the Acropolis.

The room is the perfect choice for students of AUEB (less than one minute walking) but also suitable for other universities such as NTUA, AUA or KAPA.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checks for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices at the very last minute.
