The room Is part of a building next to Areos Park, there are also many cafeterias, shops, restaurants and bars are located nearby.

In walking distance you can find buses, trolleys and metro station (Viktoria 3 min. away)

The room is the perfect choice for students of AUEB (less than one minute walking) but also suitable for other universities such as NTUA, AUA or KAPA.

Important notice: One of the apartment’s rooms will remain closed off, to the disposal of the owner, who will occasionally visit Athens and stay at the apartment.

Note: Parties are not allowed in any of our apartments!

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
