The room in the Residence is 10 minutes walking distance from AUEB University and few steps from the famous Fokionos Negri street full with bars and cafeterias. An oasis in the center of Athens. The residence is also few steps from Kypselis street where buses and trolley buses are available. By bus it takes 10 minutes from Eglis residence to AUEB university.

The 2nd floor apartment of Eglis Residence is for 3 tenants. There are 3 separate bedrooms with double bed sharing a small dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. ADSL connection available – Washing Machines Available in the building!

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
