The room in this apartment is located at the block diagonally opposite Athens University of Economics and Business (3 minutes walking distance from AUEB) in an art-deco building of the 1930s possessing significant architectural features, just a 1-minute-walk from “Victoria” metro station. The apartment has been fully renovated and furnished.

A large park (“Pedion Areos”/“Champ de Mars”), pharmacy, super markets, bakery, grocery, gym, banks/ATM, swimming pool, cinema, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars are all within 500 metres. Metro/underground/subway station “Victoria” is just round the corner, so are several public transport lines such as buses, trolleybuses (including trolleybus No.11 which operates 24/7).

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the open-air fresh fruit and vegetable markets in the neighborhood provide a great opportunity to live like a local!

There are 4, fully equipped, sunny, spacious, private bedrooms. Shared areas include : entrance hall, cosy living room with smartTV&satellite channels/couch/coffee table/cordless phone (incoming calls only), 2 fully-equipped bathrooms, fitted kitchen with dining area as well as all electrical appliances (refrigerator, electric oven and hobs, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc), kitchen utensils and ceiling fan.

In addition, there is a storage area with cleaning-ironing equipment (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, drying racks, internet connection (LAN and/or WiFi) in all bedrooms and shared areas, fire protection, air-conditioning unit in every bedroom. Special care has been taken to improve energy efficiency in the apartment (water heating by solar panel and/or electricity, double-glazed windows everywhere, LED lamps etc).

Rooms 1 and 2 and the bathroom with bathtub are located on one side of the apartment, whereas rooms 3 and 4 and the other bathroom with built-in shower enclosure are on the other side of the apartment.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.
