General Characteristics:

This apartment is situated on Gkyilfordou Street, at the block diagonally opposite Athens University of Economics and Business (3 minutes walking distance from AUEB) and only a 1-minute-walk from Victoria metro station. Located in an art-decor building of the 1930s and possessing significant architectural features, it’s a cozy and warm studio, decorated and furnished in a way that I would stay in also. This is for an Erasmus student to feel like he/she is in their own home. Has a double size bed and can easily facilitate couples coming together for their Erasmus housing (in that case the price is slightly higher). Provides Washing machine, air condition and Wi-Fi internet connection available, TV and more etc. The apartment is also 2 min walk from the bus & trolley station. The National Archaeological Museum is a 10 min walk away. Supermarkets and shops are near.
