General Characteristics:

The room is located in a lovely cozy 2-bedroom apartment recently completely renovated (in 2017) in terms of energy sufficiency, with brand new bathroom and kitchen.

Fully equipped; kitchen, fridge and cutlery, washing machine (on the rooftop for common use with the tenants’ right apartment of the same floor).

There is a Wi-Fi Internet connection. One of the bedroom has access to the balcony which faces a quiet street of Pagrati.

The other bedroom has a big window permitting natural light. Each bedroom is also fully equipped, it includes a bed with duvet and bed-sheets, wardrobe, a desk with its chair.

One of the biggest apartment’s asset is its access to the rooftop through the kitchen. A big place close to where the washing machine is allows a great view of Athens from the top.

Note: Parties are not allowed in any of our apartments!

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
