Also, in walking distance, you can find stops for several public transport lines such as buses, trolleys and metro! It is a reaally good choice for students of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens!

Note: Parties are not allowed in any of our apartments!

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
