Cancellation policy: If the cancellation takes place at least one month before the start of the rental period then the tenant can claim all amount back except for 40 Euros administration fee. If it happens later, the deposit of one month is not refundable.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid the confirmed paid booking.
