Plenty of storage room is available, and also cleaning equipment (vaccum cleaner, iron & ironboard, drying racks in each bedroom).

There is ADSL internet connection, fire protection, gas central heating, aircondition in every room, water heating.

The house is located in front of the Park (Pedion Areos), a vivid neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and 24h places to eat, bars, and theaters/cinemas. In less than 50m you can find Pharmacy, Super Markets, Bakery, Grocery, Gym, Banks. In walking distance you can visit Archaeological Museum and the area is connected to the whole City of Athens, and Ports and Central Bus and Train Station using public transportlines such as buses, trolley-busses and metro lines (including the trolley-bus N.11 that works overnight).

Perfect choice for students of AUEB (Athens University of Economics & Business) and NTUA (National Technical University of Athens), but also suitable for other universities that are a few stops away.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
