The room in this shared apartment is located on Mikras Asia 8  street, in Egaleo region. It is a quiet street, and a wider student area, where you can find many cafeterias, restaurants and nigh-life places nearby.

The owner made recently a renovation so everything in the apartment is totally new! The apartment consists of 2 private rooms (with double beds) and the common areas, such as the kitchen and the bathroom.

In each bedroom basic equipment is included, meaning: bed, desk, desk chair, bedside table, wardrobe, linen and towels.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, kitchen utensils etc).

ADSL connection available and air-condition is included in every room for heating during the winter and cooling during the summer.

It is important to be mentioned that it is recommended for the students who study in West Attica University Campus 2.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
