The apartment is a sunny and beautiful apartment which was recently renovated. It is a step away from Patission street from where you can get all buses and trolleys to head everywhere around Athens. It has for private rooms with double bed.ADSL connection available and Air-condition exist in all of the rooms for heating in the winter period and cooling in the summer period.

The apartment is close to Victoria METRO station and also close to Fokionos Negri street where there are a lot of bars and cafeterias which you can visit and spend nice time.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
