Fully and tastefully furnished, both bedrooms have independent air-conditioning and directly access a terrace. There is a spacious living room, a kitchen (electric stove including oven) and bathroom (with bathtub/shower). The apartment is equipped with a washing machine for clothes, refrigerator, cooking utensils, iron etc.
The apartment is located two blocks from hip Fokionos Negri street, 10-15 mins walk from three metro stations (Victoria, Attiki, Agios Nikolaos) and the Athens University of Economics and Business.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bills: All included (up to the consumption limit of 220 kWh /per person/per month for electricity and 10 euros/per person/per month for the usage of water)

Note: Parties are not allowed in any of our apartments!

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checks for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.
