There is an ADSL internet connection If you walk around the neighborhood you will notice pharmacy, supermarkets and kiosk where you can find whatever is needed for your daily life.. Have in mind that the region around your apartment is full of students and  close to the center of Piraeus where you can find all the cafeteria’s, clubs, restaurants etc. It is also really close to the metro station.

It is important to be mentioned that it is recommended for the students who study in University of Piraeus.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
