A room in the lovely 6^th floor two person apartment situated at Victoria Square in the centre of Athens, just opposite the Victoria metro station (green line), a four-minute walk from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

Located in a very lively neighbourhood of central Athens, full of cafeterias, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets (some of which run on a 24 hours basis), it is also an ideal choice for students of other Athens Universities (e.g. National Technical Univ. -NTUA, Kapodistrian Univ. -KAPA, Agricultural Univ. -AUA).

The apartment on the top floor of the building is surrounded by huge balconies with panoramic view of the city. It consists of two spacious sunny bedrooms and a charming, cozy living room (all with A/C), a fully equipped sunny kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with bathtub and a storeroom.

All rooms have access to the balconies with tents, equipped with tables and chairs. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning & ironing facilities and WIFI internet connection are available. The building has also central heating for the winter months.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
