General Characteristics:

Lovely three person apartment located at central Athens, close to Pangrati square. The flat is close to the Zografou – Ano Ilisia campus of University of Athens. You can walk to its entrance within 10 – 15 minutes on foot.

It will take you approx. 25 – 30 minutes by bus or trolley to the School of Law and Athens University of Economics and Business. The Panathenaic Stadium is within a walking distance (10-15 minutes).

The flat is located on a very well established neighborhood with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner.

It is completely furnished and it has WiFi internet connection, washing machine, stove, fridge and everything you need for your cooking. TV also available on the small hall. All rooms have access to balconies.

IMPORTANT: the bigger of the three bedrooms doesn’t have an air-condition while the two smaller ones have. Please make sure that on the confirmation email you state clearly for which room you are interested since all rooms follow the same pricing policy.

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
